- Microsoft Network Operating Systems (2003, 2008) – Very knowledgeable on how to install, configure and manage these Operating Systems.

Good knowledge of HTML, sufficient knowledge of CSS and Flash. Good knowledge of graphical tools used for web and photo production: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks.
- Multimedia Production – Very good multimedia products projecting skills: ideation, screenwriting, realization of complex multimedia presentation, with audio and video, in cross-platform environment.
